Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate information, maintain account access credentials securely, and ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines. Clients retain responsibility for their account security and content ownership.

Refund Policy

This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Betterdone Consulting OÜ may or may not process refunds for our digital marketing services.

Contract-Specific Terms

• All refund conditions are specifically outlined in individual client contracts
• Refund terms may vary based on service type, project scope, and agreed-upon deliverables
• The specific refund conditions in your signed contract supersede any general refund policy

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

1. After work has commenced on agreed deliverables, including but not limited to:
   • Content planning and strategy development
   • Video shooting or editing
   • Campaign setup and optimization
   • Channel management activities
   • Any creative or technical work related to the project
2. When services have been partially or fully delivered according to the agreed scope
3. When resources have been allocated or materials have been created for your project

Once work has begun, we are committed to delivering all agreed-upon deliverables as specified in your contract. Quality assurance and revisions will be handled as per the terms outlined in your service agreement.

Termination: Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if clients violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

Limitation of Liability: Betterdone Consulting OÜ's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services in the previous month. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Talinn, Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Estonia.

Payment and Pricing: Service fees are outlined in individual client agreements. Payment terms and conditions will be specified in the service contract.
